NatalAI.live is an AI-powered Vedic astrology platform that provides free birth chart calculations and paid personalised astrology reports. References to "we", "us", or "NatalAI" in this policy refer to the operators of natalai.live.
2. What information we collect
We collect only the minimum information needed to provide our service:
- Birth details — your name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. This is required to calculate your Vedic birth chart.
- Email address — only when you purchase a paid report or subscribe to transit alerts. Used solely to deliver your report or weekly emails.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor (PayPal). We never see or store your card or bank details.
- Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and time on site. This data is anonymised and cannot identify you personally.
3. How we use your information
We use your information for the following purposes only:
- To calculate and display your Vedic birth chart
- To generate your paid astrology report
- To deliver your report or transit alerts to your email
- To improve the accuracy and quality of our service
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the service you requested.
4. How we store your data
Report data is stored securely in our database to allow report delivery and to resolve any support queries. Free chart calculations entered on the website are processed in real time and are not permanently stored against your identity.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on all pages.
5. Who we share your data with
We share data only with the third-party services required to operate NatalAI:
- PayPal — for processing payments. Subject to PayPal's own privacy policy.
- Resend — for sending report delivery and transit alert emails.
- Supabase — our database provider, hosted on secure cloud infrastructure.
- Vercel — our hosting provider.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
6. Cookies
NatalAI uses minimal cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies from third parties. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.

You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Unsubscribe from transit alert emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email
